Ah I see. Makes sense!
I had problems even registering with them. Had a new laptop with too high a sensitivity level set on the touch pad and it kept skipping through questions on the orientation. As a result I managed to "fail" my mcdonalds orientation with 98% and get locked out of their specific jobs! Emailed them but they weren't having any of it. No free mcdonalds for me now :D

Went on to ABA-I but couldn't see any clothes/gift card type shops......but did manage to pick up a posh cafe for lunch. Will make a welcome break from car salesmen!

What's going on at TNS? They seem to have some new staff now. My complaint is that they now give very little information to enable you to contact them. It seems to me that all there is is the one email address - contactus.msshop@tns-global.com. There are no phone numbers on the briefings any more and no other contact details on the site. You have no name to deal with, just the one email address. Unless I'm missing the details somewhere, I think this is probably a criminal offence see e.g. http://www.bytestart.co.uk/content/legal/35_1/website-display-name-requirements.shtml

Also I sent them an email last night mentioning that I was unable to get their system to accept the details of a receipt I had obtained on a visit. I've had no reply to this at all today.

The only retailer I seem to have on abai is ****** and there never seem to be any jobs in my area, either available or booked. How do I acquire other retailers, or does it expand with experience?

    Thank you

Oh god. I got hung drawn and quartered for asking this question a couple of weeks ago. Hope your more thick skinned than me. One post actually made me cry.

Have a look at the OP and click the link in the hard-to-read red writing bit.

Please remove the name from the thread.

I also got flamed for asking that question. Just remember google is your friend.

The clothes ones may be age related depending on the retailer.
