My daughter has a freeview box in her room with aerial feed from same roof aerial as digital tv downstairs.
Recently she has not been able to get radio channels ( i can downstairs) so she did the retune and it said 23 radio stations found BUT when you save scan and then try to find them there is nothing there ????
Any ideas.

Is the cable connected as it should be to the freeview box0

Try unplugging the main set downstairs and try a retune (it's a long shot, but you never know!). If that works, then you'll need a signal booster.
Other than that, the box may have gone faulty. Do you have one you could borrow for an hour or two to test?:wall: Flagellation, necrophilia and bestiality - Am I flogging a dead horse? :wall:
Any posts are my opinion and only that. Please read at your own risk.0 -
just checked it & it looks ok.
She did get a new box recently though but cant remember if it was only after that !!!!!0 -
I have a feeling some boxes can be set to hide the radio channels. Have a read of the manual and see if there is anything about this.0

It will probably be in a TV only mode, check the menu to see if it has a TV/Radio mode.0
