Ebay Camera Quesion...

Hi,
I'm hoping for some help here.
I recently purchased a used Casio Camera on ebay, which was described as:

GOOD WORKING ORDER.
SCREEN IN VERY GOOD ORDER ONE OR TWO MARKS ONLY.
DENT OVER THE E ON EXILIM SEE PIC.
However, the first time I turned the camera on it informed me that there was a "lens error", which having had a Casio previously, I know is a huge issue with Casio's- at this point they are essentially broken, not in " good working order" at all.

My question is, what should I do now? Do I just contact the seller, and inform him of the problems? I am worried he will be difficult, and imply that it is my fault the camera is broken, which it is not at all....

TIA

I would definatley contact the seller, explain the problem and see what they say. If like you say it isn't as described in the listing then depending on the response you receive from the seller I would open a SNAD dispute via paypal where you will have to return the item via a trackable method and will subsequently be refunded by the seller for the initial price + postage of the item.
