I own a pants belkin router, paid good money, guaranteed for life (worst router ever owned) - so they say! But try contacting them, I keep finding email addresses, emailing, and they keep bouncing back telling me they have changed the way there customer service dept works and there is a link which only takes you to an FAQ page - no email. Have given up, am fed up of them.

Have you tried +44 (0)1933 35 2000? This is their switchboard number on their website.
It's actually illegal for them not to include an email address in their contact details, has been since January 2007. * goes off to report Belkin UK to the BERR *0 -

I've always found Belkin electronics to be of rather poor quality. Ever since they seem to have taken over the shelf space at PC World etc I figured there must be a huge markup. To be honest, I know a few folks who have used Belkin, & all pretty much have the same opinion. The only items I touch of theirs now are cables (when not marked up to crazy prices).
If something isn't working & you're getting no joy from support, you could just try writing to them at the address on the site.0 -
Well what seems to be the problem with the router?0

Well what seems to be the problem with the router?
I have had it 8 months and have to reboot it at least 5 times a day. i thought it was my ISP - but no. I have reset it, started again more times than I care to remember, use only one laptop with it, searched for firmware upgrades - none available. Never had an issue with my previous netgear router until the dog killed it!DEBT FREE since 2011
