Problems with refunds from virgin trains

I recently applied for a refund from virgin trains , I did everything they asked however I checked my statement recently to find the have refunded me £40 short of the correct amount.

I have spoke with them several times on the phone and sent 2 letters but I seem to be hitting a brick wall , every time I am told it will be sorted in the next two days yet over a month later I am still waiting .

As a last resort I was thinking about emailing the CEO but am unable to find an email address

Does anyone have any suggestions:confused:
