DEYA Yellow Pages Company VERY Slow Making Payment!

My son has just done over 3 weeks of 'Hard Graft' for this DEYA Yellow Pages company, But no payment has been made as of yet?

They owe him & me (For Fuel Running Around) over 400.00.

Why is a company of this size making people wait, I have also noticed that the area managers ring up 'Constantly' to ask if a route is finished!!

It's alright when they want the work doing, But are VERY slow at paying up?

Anyone else had the same problem.

(If no payment is received in the next week then I will have to take it a step further)

DEYA what a 'Cowboy Company' parking up in pub carparks etc!!

do you not have a contract that says how often you will get paid? if you only get paid monthly then you wont be due anything yet anyway

No, Nothing in the 'So called' contract It just says payment to be made in Cheque after the route has been 'Verified' by DEYA.

But 3 weeks is just taking the 'Pee' I think.

Don't forget you have to allow a further 5 days or so for the 'Silly' Cheque to clear.
