Maybe but there was only OH and his Boss in IT. His boss was Group Manager and OH was IT Manager for one of the companies within the group. So effectively they have made him redundant from one company and are now advertising for one of the other companies..a lesser, lower salaried job. OH is annoyed for many reasons but mainly as he offered to take pay cut, do less hours anything to keep his job! Now this, think it was the nail in the coffin!

TBH I wouldnt trust them anyway and the company I think is on quite dodgy ground with lots of changes of management/ownership. He's better off out of there!

Ames, I couldn't figure out the registration process either...my niece did it all for me. OH was saying this morning...book the tickets and I kept putting it off cos I was a bit unsure about the camping melarky...

Anyway SIL rang to say that she had booked her ticket and I better get mine booked or else....I am sharing a tent with my SIL and my OH is sharing with BIL..there is no way I am sharing a tent with a smelly man for four days...:rotfl:

I think they are on dodgy ground tbh....he may even have a case for unfair dismissal.....
