- The free prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands & Isle of Man aged 18 or over except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize draw.
- To enter the draw, simply complete and submit the on-line entry form at www.olivesfromspain.es/competition/ - No other route of entry is available.
- Maximum of one prize draw entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries, entries from third parties and organized groups, entries automatically generated by computer or incomplete/corrupted entries will not be accepted.
- The closing date for entry is 31st December 2009
- Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, corrupted or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. No correspondence will be entered into.
- There is one prize of a trip for two to Seville to be won. The prize includes return indirect economy flights from London to Seville, return transfers from airport to hotel in-resort, four nights 4-star accommodation in a double or twin room on a bed and breakfast basis, one day olive grove tour and comprehensive travel insurance. All travel must be completed by 31st July 2010, excluding Easter and all UK and Spanish Bank Holiday periods
- The prize offered is for 2 people travelling together, one of which must be over 18 years old. All holiday locations and dates are subject to availability. Pre-existing conditions will not be covered under the insurance policy. The promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for hotels / tours / airlines etc. being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, the promoter and their agents will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.
- The Booking of the prize can only be made through the promoters chosen travel agent (who is ABTA registered). Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed will be subject to administration charges that must be paid by the prize winner. Additional passengers may accompany prize winners at the relevant rates provided by the promoters agents. Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner. Transport between home and the airport is the responsibility of the prize winner.
- The prize is not transferable and no cash or other alternatives are offered (including refunds for unused portions of the prize). In the event that the prize becomes unavailable, the promoter will substitute the prize with an alternative of equal value.
- The winner will be drawn randomly from all valid entries within 14 days of the closing date. The prize will be awarded to the first eligible entrant drawn from all valid entries.
- The winner will be notified in writing and by telephone within 14 days of the draw. Reasonable attempts to contact the winner will be made but if the prize remains unclaimed after 2 months it will be forfeited.
- Prize winner’s name and county will be available to view at www.olivesfromspain.es/competition/ after the closing date for a minimum of three months.
- The Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this prize draw.
- By entering the prize draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

For some reason this form doesn't like my DOB!! It highlights in red before I've even finished entering the year, saying 'you must enter a valid date'

I've tried in IE and Firefox, not joy.
Any ideas folks? Would love to win this, my 18mth old even more - she lurves olives!!

I can only suggest trying a different browser - have you tried Chrome or Safari? I run both those as well as IE and find one of those works when I get a tricky page (e.g. the Daily Mirror ones where only Safari works for me). I entered this one in Chrome
ps I love olives too, but no-one else in the house will touch them
