Option 1
You have to enter the Poker Shootout tournement and win the third round to get an entry in for this.
Option 2
As an alternate means of entry into Provider's sweepstakes drawing, you may hand-print your name, email address, residence address, city, state, zip code, day and evening phone numbers (including area code) and the words "Zynga Poker Las Vegas Contest" on a 3"x 5" card, and mail it in a stamped envelope, hand printed, to: Poker Las Vegas Contest, Poker, Zynga Game Network Inc., 444 De Haro Street, Suite 132, San Francisco, California 94107 ("Mail-in Entry"). Each Mail-in Entry will receive one (1) entry into Provider's sweepstakes drawing. The number of mail entries will be capped at two entries per person.
All Mail-in Entries must be postmarked by October 16, 2009 and received by October 17, 2009 to be eligible. No mechanical reproductions (such as photocopies) are permitted. Mail-in Entries that are lost, late, illegible or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible.
Any form of entry other than those described herein is void. All entries, regardless of the method of entry, become the property of the Provider and will not be returned. Maximum two (2) entries per person or Account shall be awarded during the Promotional Period, regardless of method of entry.
