Cd Wow - Warning when using Nectar points

I pre-ordered Fifa 10 for the psp back on 14th September 09 and sent an email to cdwow today to ask when they send pre-orders here is the reply I got :
Hi xxxxx,
Thank you for your e-mail.
Please be informed that usually a pre release item gets dispatched with 24-48 hours of its release date.
The "FIFA 10" has been released today and will be dispatched soon for you.
Once it is dispatched you will receive a dispatch notification e mail.

then a few minutes later got this reply as well:
So I emailed them back and got this reply:

I am sorry for the delay in despatching this item to you.
We have experienced a delay in receiving this product from our suppliers and we have been informed that it will be dispatched within 7-10 days.
If you wish to cancel the order and receive a refund due to the delay please let us know and we will arrange this for you.
Once again, sorry for the inconvenience caused to you by this delay, and thank you very much for your patience, it is sincerely appreciated.
I have sent in a 2 complaint emails to Nectar I cannot wait to hear their reply.
Cd wow are the worst place to order things from and I would never order from there again, from their carp excuses down to their sheer incompetence was not an experience I wish to repeat - You have been warned
then a few minutes later got this reply as well:

Further to my previous e mail, I would like to inform you that I have cancelled "FIFA 10" in error.
As soon as the cancellation is confirmed by our system we will reprocess your order.

I think nectar have a lot to do with it as they are offering you rewards with this company and promoting them on their website, which gives nectar a bad name when they fail customers who use the rewards this way - nectar should wake up and smell the coffee, cdwow are bad press for them, they should get rid of them a.s.a.p as cdwow cannot forfill orders or even tell the truth (see my emails for details) to customers.Comp wins 2013:160 finish quantum tabs, 2xtickets private screening of prisoners(Jake n Hugh 2)

i cant see nectar removing cd wow as a partner all becuase of 1 person, feel freee to try but i cant see you getting very far,0 -
