Credit Card recommendations for the self employed?

HSBC have refused to reduce the interest rate on my credit card because part of their criteria is that they "see a regular mandated salary or pension to your bank account of a minimum of £500 per month."
Although my monthly income is usually well over £500 per month, the nature of my work means that it can fluctuate from month to month. This seems to be a problem to HSBC.
I'm not the only self employed person. Does anyone know of a good credit card who'll treat me with a bit more understanding?
thanks...
