Hi,
I am just wondering if any body has ever signed up for a MBNA credit Card (Stupidly) at a service station in a hurry, forgotten about it, recived a credit card, used it and not spotted the PPI included even though you did not sign for IT?
If so do I have a claim with the MBNA as being miss sold PPI?
Cheers,
Freddiedogbot.

Hello and welcome.
Many on here have been mis sold ppi on MBNA credit cards and sold them in various ways, but yes you can try to reclaim on this if you want to.
With your reasons, you write to them by giving them 8 weeks in full respond, keep at them until they resolve or until they issue you with the final decision, if your not happy with the decision, you can take your complaint to the financial ombudsman service (FOS), MBNA should let you know this in their decision.
Below on the link, you will find useful information and templates, also check the mis selling checklist out as well, in case any of those reasons also occur to you.
Do not worry about writing the amounts, but remember to write your account number on the top of the letter.
And post by recorded delivery, this is your proof of posting.
