I wrote a long list of help here then saw that this was 2008. Something not quite right here and I refuse to help unless we get the full story.0

I know we all have big questions over this, but I think that we should assume that the OP is not in the wrong here. I think it is wrong to assume that the OP did actually steal. It's not wholly relevant but what did you steal? Must have been something fairly hefty if they felt the need to keep you on full pay for over a year in order to investigate things.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. I dont think he could have been guilty if he was they would'nt suspend him for that period, he would have been dismissed more or less immediately after the necessary procedures surely?DVardysShadow wrote: »I know we all have big questions over this, but I think that we should assume that the OP is not in the wrong here. i think he means 4 months, because 2548 full pay over 1 year and 4 months is seriously low pay (39 per week).0

I think the OP stole the bosses sarnies.0 -
Interestingly the OP didn't say in their first post that they weren't guilty of the theft for which they were suspended. I await clarification with the rest of you, but usually people say when they weren't guilty, don't they?Signature removed for peace of mind0

Makes sense. Given the time this has taken, the boss is obviously a few sarnies short of a picnic.MUMMYTO2BOYS wrote: »I think the OP stole the bosses sarnies.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. I waited and waited, recently on 20th August 2009,i recieved my P45, payslips from may 2009 to july 2009,an invoice for £2,548.15 and a letter from the finance department stating that overpayment was made due to the payroll department recieving my termination form on 6th August 2009,informing them that my last working day was 5th June 2009.
I think its relating to overpayment from June - August, anyway does'nt seem like op is answering any of our questions!0 -

I suspect they will wait another year or so to update us. No point in rushing things0
