Don't say that:eek: My scales show a 9lb loss:eek: I don't know my measurements so I rely on the scales. I am hoping that because 9lb is a low percentage of my weight that it is difficult to see an improvement yet, but if I gt to 26lbs by Christmas that at last should be noticable.

I am definitely going to have to invest in a bottle of Pink Elephant for research purposes. ;)

I dunno peeps...my clothes don't tell me when i'm getting HUGER or SMALLER (only after about 20lbs do i notice a change maybe cos i am so ginormous)...only the scale does. Either way i don't care as long as something is shifting (well downwards anyway):D
