I understand, but haven't really found a solution
I tend to be a daily shopper - less wastage but naughty stuff is tempting
And as I rarely cook I mostly buy ready made stuff which is very MSE at all 
I tend to do that too but then feel guilty about buying ready made, as it is so expensive and would make Jamie Oliver have a fit.
We need a TV programme on how to cook if your single, they have done families, think it is our turn :T0
