so how has everyone coped with valenitnes day - find its one of the most depressing days of the year as a singleton - you appear to become like that uncle that no one talks about (apoologies if I'm dredging up past conversations)

  • Sorry money fritter have we scared you off ?

    We are not vultures honest:)

I went out with a guy who was 15 years older than me for two years and because his wife had left him for someone else he eventually got jealous of me spending time with my daughter and going to see my friend up north and when I got the car he did not like that either so in april 08 I finished with him because even when I had to spend time here in my house with my cats he did not understand that I had to keep the house going and clean it too.
He said my car attracted too much attention for him.

  • It might have been mentioned before, but just found this thread. Anyone have any suggestions when it comes to food shopping when your just buying for yourself. I throw away an awful lot because it goes out of date. I have tried to shop as and when I need things instead of doing a weekly shop, but just end up buying lots of naughty things as well.

Haven't taken much notice of it to be honest :p It's better on a Sunday, easier to stay in and avoid it :D
