New Cash ISA Research

Hi Everyone,
I have been looking into changing my current Cash ISA from RBS because my bonus ends this month, so I have been doing some research into who is offering the best rates, for a 1 year fixed rate term. I thought it might be cool that I put my results here in case anybody is interested! I find those comparing websites confusing for savings account, because they never give you a complete picture, and tend to put together all ISA accounts, fixed rate 1yr, 2yr and variable all in the same table. Can anybody find any better rates than these for 1 yr fixed.
RBS 1.75%
Nationwide 1yr Fixed 3.00%
Abbey - Direct ISA Issue 3 3.00%
A & L - 1yr Fixed Rate 3.05%
Principality - 1yr Fixed Rate * 3.20%
Halifx - 1 Year Fixed 2.50%
HSBC - 1 Year Fixed - no loyalty bonus 3.00%
Natwest - e-ISA (Variable) 2.25%
CO-OP - Cash ISA 0.50%
Lloyds TSB - 1 Yr Fixed Rate 3.00%
Barclays 2.55%
First Direct - Cash e-ISA 1yr Fixed 3.00%
Northern Rock - 1 yr Fixed Rate Issue 121 3.20%
Leeds Building Society - 1 yr Fixed Rate Issues 8 2.50%
Julian Hodge Bank Group - 1 yr Fixed Rate 3.25%
Britannia - 1 Year Fixed Rate 2.60%
Marsden - Direct Cash ISA 30 2.25%

I assume you are a taxpayer as I have a thing about it at the moment and think some older people don't gain anything from having an ISA. Today on working lunch there was a spokesperson from Hambros who appears regularly. She made a bad job of explaining about forthcoming changes to the rules and only just remembered to say "if you are a tax payer of course".
You can see this interview on BBC Working Lunch.
I am a non tax payer and have started to invest in fixed rate accounts, one year or two, that pay much better rates. If you work out the difference between 4.4% with Chelsea 2 yr savings and 3% in an ISA it's not enough to make it worthwhile
- except perhaps for the instant access.0
