Non-Paying Buyer, advice needed please!

I sold a girls coat last weekend to a new buyer with 0 feedback. I sent an invoice on day 4 hoping to remind them that they hadn't paid. I noticed then that they had 1 feedback at that point so I had a nosey and the feedback is for a girls coat in exactly the same size, colour and style (but different brand) to the one I had sold them and they had won it for less than a third of what they won mine for. They also won it on the same day.
I know they have 7 days to pay before I can open a dispute but I don't hink they have any intention of doing so. Think they bid on them both with the intention of only paying for the cheapest one (call me synical ).
I have never had a non-paying bidder before and wondered if it would be best just to open a NPB dispute on day 7 or to contact them 1st saying that if they don't pay then I'll be opening a dispute? What consequences will this have for an E-Bayer with only 1 feedback?
Thanks!

Just open it and if they don't pay by day 15, close it and get your fees back.Terms & Conditions Apply0
