Tertiary education appears to refer to post secondary school education and does include university, so if this is correct, he is liable for this final year.0

What Kellogs said, from googling, tertiary education includes universities.
But if he cannot afford the committment anymore, can he approach his solicitor to ask his options?
And not all parents pay a lot for their "children" when at university. A lot of parents can't afford to. So if their sons/daughters want to go to university they have to fund it themselves by using student loans/grants and getting a job.August GC 10th - 10th : £200 / £70.61
