thank you every oone for your help
do i pay the court fees on the day i attend court?
is that when i hand my forms in on the day that i attend?
its confusing all this, which makes it more worrying

Different courts operate different systems so you would probably be best to phone your local court and ask what system they operate.

The court I am using you take your forms in together with the fee and swear them in. They then book you in with the next available date the judge can see you for the hearing.

  • hi you ask if you should inform your creditors of your intended bankruptcy.the advice i followed on here is no it only makes them hassle you more hoping you will pay something now.if possible dont answer the phone to them get a caller display worth every penny, let an answer machine take the call, dont ring them back.i tried to answer at first an reason with them..they not interested just want you to pay something now,so leave them to stew regards penny x

You have done one of the hardest things in BR already, Actually facing up to the debts, contacting a charity and setting a date is hard

The court date is professional, you won't get yelled at or anything

    same with the OR interview

And no, don't tell the creditors, I never did and 6 weeks after BR still get the nasty letters
