thanks Harvey tried the nipple but no joy,
anyone got a list of the 'autodiagnosis' codes that can help

Did you put a blob of rubber on the nipple?
The crash sensor is tucked away in the nose somewhere - these are the two common faults we deal with on the Megane's.
I'll ask about tomorrow...0 -
