We had one last week with a proerty they sold near by, one of those fishing ones about putting your house on he market, and tbf, haven't had one of those for AGES.

Another agent and I were talking about a property I might be interested in if its still on the market next year, I think it very good value now, after hefty reduction, but out of our budget ATM. The agent said if I was still interested I better hurry up because someone was viewing it this week. TBH, if they couldn't get a viewing at the current price I'd be horrified.

There have been a flurry of solds here, which I think is a good sign.

Like LIR sates these are done to get houses on the market. Goes with what I hear that EA's are in need of stock at the moment.

Will be interesting to see if many start marketing properties this winter.

I don't think my local branch of Barnard Marcus cover "the whole UK". I think they have other branches that do that.

Shows how desperate they have become, when they have to start trumpeting the fact that 2 properties - yes 2 - have had a "sale agreed"

What a pathetic bunch of HPI cheerleading sh1tbags.

Don't quite get the point of this thread - is it a 'look at stupid EA's who think 2 swallows make a summer!!' thread, or is it a 'wow, 2 properties sold, things must really be picking up', dead serious, no-trace-of-irony kind of thread?

Please tell us, OP - I don't know whether to laugh or laugh.

The thing is carol, they're not even sold. They are "sale agreed"

    It really is pathetic.

This level of irony is beyond me.

    It is ironic, isn't it?
