If you are travelling from Croatia into Greece then googling will find you a very useful website at balkanology.com
very good info there IME.0 -
Also check out the Thorntree forum on Lonely Planet. I have a feeling there will be no cheap and quick way to do what you want (probably involve multiple flights). There are no ferries between anywhere in Greece and anywhere in Croatia.0

You can fly easyjet from Split to Milan Malpensa, then Meridiana from Milan Malpensa to Santorini....... or a 2-leg flight to Athens then flight or ferry to Santorini
www.flycheapo.com is a brilliant and user-friendly site for this sort of route planning; shows all the budget airlines for each destination with easy links to the airline for price checking
This journey is always an issue with travellers! Lots of discussion re overland/ferry options here on Tripadvisor

Good luck. Due time limitations, I abandoned my efforts to work out this particular combination of destinations in the end, this year!!

There is a ferry that sails to Bari on the southern tip of Italy. From there you can get a boat to Corfu and the Greek mainland but you are still a good way from Santorini.YOur best bet would be to fly to Athens then there is a wide choice of boats or internal flights0
