It is warm all year round. November is one of the wettest months but out of the hurricane season. It is usually quite cheap then :D go and enjoy...

    Hi
I worked on cruise ships for over 6 years so spent many a winter in the caribbean , you should be ok in November as the Hurricane season will have passed, although over the last few years they seem to go on longer but you should be ok, the only thing to bear in mind with some places like Grand Cayman is they are Tender ports which means that there is no pier to dock in, so there are boats to take passengers from the ship to the island, however if the weather is bad enough ( ie the sea is too rough ) then you will miss the port and have a day at sea ..sorry just so you are prepared !!
But they are great places and you'll have a great time.

We did a Caribbean cruise on Arcadia last November and had a fantastic time. We did meet some rain .. a little in Antigua and Tortola and later on in Barbados. St Lucia was a bit overcast but in general the weather was fantastic. Is the cruise you are looking at the one direct from Belfast we had thought of that one and it is selling for a good price (although you should be able to negotiate a little bit off or some additional room credit) ... we are actually booked on Oceana in January. It is supposed to be a fantastic ship with many of the P&O regulars saying it is their favourite.

Here are some photos from our trip on Arcadia last year. Also if you look in the 'just reviews' section on ship happens (down the left hand side) and you will find various reviews on Oceana.

Go for it, you will have a great time and if you want any ideas or thoughts or if you have any queries then post again or PM me.

I've cruised with P&O in the Caribbean, you'll have a great time.

The organised excursions can be a bit costly.Once ashore there are lots of minibuses doing tours, negotiate a price, they'll try and fill the bus with other cruisers. You can even a request a route, or a particular place of interest you'ld like to visit.OR follow the crew to the best beaches.

The weather is very hot there in November.Just remember to pack a thick jumper ready for your arrival in UK.
