Connecting SKY box with US TV tuner (or monitor)

Hi,
I have got a skyox and want to connect it with my Arctec USB TV tuner. The problem is there is no scart input to my monitor or TV tuner card and the only input available is the conventional CO-AX (o) one which might need some kind of conversion from scart.
Another thing is we have a sky dish installed but if i think the signal from sky dish needs to be decoded by the skybox before it can show up anything and I dont know the way around.
If anyone has a cheaper solution to connect skybox with a monitor or TV tuner card that will be well appreciated.
Is there any thing possible where i can use the signal from sattelite dish mounted on the side of my wall to get good reception of freeview channel signals.

You can use the RF output from the Sky box to connect to your TV tuner on the PC.
PS Dont confuse Freeview which is terrestrial with Free to air channels on the Sky sattelite.That gum you like is coming back in style.0
