Hi Checkincherry and Happy New Year
I have refunded the charge for the call on the 03/10/09. I feel that this charge has appeared due to the date it was made.
However regardless I have also sent off a further request to ensure that this error does not reoccur in the future.

I feel I must respond. I am sorry if your details have been passed to another department. I can advise that the advisors who post under BT Company Representative are here as Heinz rightly said to try to escalate and resolve issues on behalf of BT.
