Quick question, and I apologise if this has been covered elsewhere in the forum - and I know I could ring them in the morning, but heated discussion underway now with wasteful grown-up kids... :mad:

Please can anyone tell me the time that 'night units' operate?

The times that night units are charged, vary depending on the area that you live in.

The best thing to do would be to call or email E.ON and they will be able to tell you.

Under the Online Energy Saver 7 Offer, your prices are guaranteed to remain a minimum of 3% below ScottishPower’s standard monthly Direct Debit gas and electricity prices until 30th November 2010.

Given that the discount on standard tariff is currently many mutliples of 3%, could you give a guarantee that this tariff will not revert to being just 3% lower than standard prices, as covered in that T&C, thereby leaving customers who signed up to this tariff having to pay the £50 exit fee to find (cheaper) pastures new?

I am sorry carmine, I don't have any say in the T&C's.

The electricityonline V7 prices are now closed, so you wouldn't be unable to change on to these now.

This tariff doesn't have a tie in or cancellation fee.

The discount amount is guaranteed until the end date of 1 November 2009. So if Scottish Power lower their prices dramatically we would have to drop ours as well, by increasing the discount or lowering the unit prices, but the discount can't drop below what it is.
