How can i remove this "music sign" appeared throughout in the word document?

I have word 2007, to get rid of them, there is a button at the top of the page which has what you call a music sign on it, click it and they will disappear.When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0
