hi
I have just listed an item on ebay - I sold the same item a month ago so used the same listing & relisted. someone has just messaged me to say they've reported me for copying their item they've just sold!
replied to say they've actually copied me but I can't see owt in the rules about copying - any ideas?
it's just the title - the descriptions r completey different and they are listed in different categories.

If you listed it first a month ago before they did, send them a link to your first auction.0 -

I did - and guess what?!
Heard nothing more from them - cheeky b00gers! :rotfl:
Did find something on eBay rules about copyright but it was more about the description and not the title!
How many different ways can you say what something is?!!!!!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Hi Glam

Report them to eBay - send them the item number of your original listing, just incase eBay do take yours down. Some people are pillocks - had this done to me a couple of times & had them removed til I proved it to eBay!Baby Boy arrived March 25th 2010 - 17 days late & 8lb 10oz :j0
