26th SEPT ERROR ON VISA TRANSACTIONS THEY TOOK DOUBLE ANYONE ELSE HELP

:mad: On the 26th of Sept being tempted by the bargain offer of 20% off @ Shudoo.co.uk I bought a pair of Uggs on line. All the correct confirmation came through and they duely arrived. I was Really pleased with everything...... but the next day when checking the bank statement I find they have taken the transaction out twice £120 which has left me overdrawn. I called the company who said they had, had various calls from customers on this and were trying to get to bottom of it but nothing was showing on there accounts. Had a mail to night explaining that it was not Shudoo's fault or the Natwest streamline's fault that was used, or even Sage pay!! but Visa !!!itself and we needed to contact our banks and advise them. Has anyone had this problem and any resolution advise the bank our happy to dispute but could take over a month apparently:eek: visa must have raked it in this month
