Cheap Food at Weymouth!!

Just come back from a fab £9.50 holiday at Havens Weymouth Bay and feel I should share with the world where you can eat really well for not a lot of pennies!!
Firstly, food on site is quite expensive, but just outside the holiday park is a Spar shop (not known for its cheap food I know), however, they offer a Freshly cooked Pizza service, where prices start at £3.99 for various 9" ones, we partook in the particulary fab Mexican feast at £6.49 for a 14" deep pan.
PLUS - there is a lovely sandwich/deli place in Weymouth Town Centre which do EXCELLENT packages which we found were brilliant for a day on the beach. The prices start at £1.50 for a HUGE baguette with a choice of fillings, PLUS free crisps, PLUS free drink PLUS a cake!! I can personally recommend the cheese and red onion, the beef the thai chicken and the chicken vindaloo!! (curry meal specials are £1.80 to include baguette, crisps, drink and a cake). They also offer Hot baguettes, jacket potatoes, salad bowls, pasta bowls, fruit sald bowls.
It really is an offer to consider when spending a day on the beach.
The place is called 'LAZY LUNCHES' and its in one of the side streets just off the sea front.
FAB FAB FAB!!

Have had three holidays in Weymouth and would definitely go back. A great seaside resort with lots to recommend it, and in my experience decent value, too.0
