How do you reformat a RW DVD+?

I have been having difficulty recording on my DVD+ discs. The recording process stops half way through. I then try and use the same disc again and it is telling me that there is not enough space on the disc now.

How do you reformat DVD+ discs in order that they can be used again?

Please help!

what are you using it on... standalone recorder or PC... what software are you using???

I am using a PC and the software is called Ulead. It is recording onto my DVD and when it reaches 100% it doesn't eject the disc. I have to switch the PC on and off in order to get the disc out and then I find it hasn;t worked at all. I have tried leaving it for a long while once it has reached 100% - but it just won't spit out the disc.

Then the programme won't allow me to use the disc again.
