Avon - Not a happy first customer!

I placed my first order with Avon on Friday and i have just noticed that they took the money out of my bank account for the order and i still haven't recieved anything and the info online is saying 'in processing'.

I thought they weren't allowed to charge you till the goods had been sent out?

Also they have charged me £39 for an order worth £33, I have checked it out about 10 times and it def comes too £33 but online it says order total £39.

I have emailed them and am awaiting a response. But i am NOT a happy customer.

I have placed 2 orders with Avon but have received 3 order confirmations in my email. Hopefully I'll just get the 2 I've ordered and pay for 2

Last time I placed an order they missed some of the offers off.
3 for 2 and 2 for so much were all charged at single prices.
I phoned them up and they refunded the overpayment straight away.
Check the invoice when you get it and if they've done the same give them a ring.

I just got a reply from them saying 'you order will be with you in 3-5 days.' No mention of why they have overcharged me. I don't think i will ever order from them online again :mad:

I make this out to be £33 but Avon have charged me £39 and are arguing with me about the amount.

Don't worry, i have just phoned them and spoke with a lovely lady and they agreed that they have overcharged me. So as soon as i get my credit i will be sending an email moaning about the person who was arguing with me.

I wouldnt bother with that, i bought it (my Mums and Avon lady) and i dont think its any good at all, and i know my lip glosses! Think i have more than Boots does! lol
