Todays update is confusing?I have recieved a letter from restons solicitors stating the amount owed on one of my credit cards which should be paid by 16th oct.BUT WAIT FOR IT!!MBNA ARE PREPARED TO OFFER A SUBSTANTIAL DISCOUNT FOR SETTLEMENT OF THIS ACCOUNT.WHAT!!!!THATS WHAT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DO FOR TWO MONTHS.i dont know whether they are liars,cheats or just plain incompetant!!OH YES ALL THREE.IMNOW DAZED AND CONFUSED!!!:eek:Right then.Just spoken to FOS and got a case number.Watch this space.:T0 -
