Just came across this, seems a prize everyday but it asks for an EAN Code ..tried to find t&c's but cant...can anyone shed any light?

Looks like a NPN...as it says no barcode ring 0845 796 7079

Mmm. I have tried to contact them on the contact us....bit of the website...It wont go through...I keep getting an error.

The EAN code is a bar code. I had a code from one of their products that is a few months old, and it wouldn't recognise it, it came up with the phone number that is not recognised

I've just entered using a bar code from an Air Wick Aqua Essences bought maybe a couple of months ago and stored in my cupboard:

5011417547885

I also have:

5011417547892

which is the same but a different fragrance. I was able to enter 5 times using the same bar code.

just joined there Fresher Homes Club for the £2 off next purchase - printed out the coupon and it states £1 off !!!

as previously said there email contact does not work either.

How do you manage to input the codes please? I know it sounds like a stupid question but I clicked on 1st October and it wouldn't let me type anything in.

Doh just worked out I was clicking in the wrong place!!!
