Is BTs India Call Centre Account Data Real Time?

A simple question for a BT Rep.
Is the account data that BTs' call centre in India holds up to date?
IE If I walked into BTs' Registered Office Address & some BT tech bod printed off a set of residential accounts requested, right there & then, in front of me, at that moment in time, is that the same account details & balances that India get at the same time?

The simple answer is yes. Our offshore call centres like in the UK have equal access to the same information in real time. Why do you ask?

Personally I did wonder the same thing but I more recently suspect that its just that they either don't understand the file as its in english, (why provide a telephone service to an english-speaking country serviced by people who have very little grasp of the english language) or its more convenient to lie to you and pretend there is no record of things on their systems.0

Actually, Mexico is supposed to be cheaper for offshoring to than India now (it was on a TV documentary a few years ago).0
