Top Seller rating logo?

My power seller rating has disappeared on my listings, but no Top Seller rating has appearred in its place.

is it just taking time to work through the system, or do I need to switch it on somewhere?

You need to check your DSR ratings to see how many 1 and 2 star ratings have been left.

Even though I have 100% feedback, 4.9, 4.9, 4.9 & 4.9 rating on one account, I was hit by one customer who left me four 1 stars for P&P which has excluded me from the TRS scheme.

However another seller in my category who is a Top rated Seller has 99.8% feedback, 4.8, 4.9, 4.8, 4.7 ratings is considered to be overall a better buying experience, simply because they have less buyers leaving them a 1 or 2 star rating.

It's novel that we are now being judged on exceptional events, rather than overall performance standards.

I've got both on, top rated seller and powerseller badge, I can't spend either of them though;)

Don't know, sorry OP- our PS logo got replaced on the listings with the big dorky rosette, and on the myebay page it is inbetween the feedback and the PS logo. It's been on and off for the past few weeks though, maybe they are still updating?

Clear your cookies incase it's confused.

I meet the requirements, had an email, says on my dashboard I qualify with the big rosette there, but no rosette on my listings?

I've had mine for a few days and the powerseller logo has also remained there. I think that I read somewhere that it would be in by 18th October but why not ring powerseller support and ask them.

This should explain what is needed but it seems that if more than 2 people leave 1 or 2 stars in any catagory over a 3 / 12 month period, depending on sales, then you will lose it and the discount on fees from January 2010.

A bit harsh as I had 2 items that were delayed in the postal strike and was marked down, although it was not my fault. Still ok at present, fingers crossed.
