Mysterious win of fishing rod and reel- where from?

:j Mr Grannybiker was dead chuffed when couriers rang him yesterday to say they had a parcel from Preston Innovations. :j
He was even more chuffed when he opened it to find a great fishing rod (Korum 3G 13' Power Float) and reel (PXR Match 3000)
He has entered a couple of comps, (inspired by my success here!) with Angling Mail / Times by post, but searching through his back copies, can't seem to find the comps there,

Have Googled & emailled Preston Innovations, but they haven't replied.
So, it's a mystery- I've searched High and Low here and can't find it, although another MSEer many know differently.....? :A
