Had a phonecall from Tesco customer services ( presumably at the head office )yesterday in response to the recorded message I'd left approx. 5 weeks ago when the use of coupons policy changed. I repeated what I'd told them the first time :-- that I'd switched all purchases to other shops and supermarkets for everything , including petrol.
I said that they could check by seeing how my Clubcard points have plummeted ! The man said that the long delay in getting back to me was because they've been very busy !! He would pass my comments on to those who make the decisions.
I feel that , at least , I've made my voice heard . But I wonder if we can alter anything . Sorry to sound negative ! I'm sure time will tell.

I cannot say how many bottles of bleach I have bought, too many to count. I am busy looking for more places to store it so I can get more next week.:):)

Storing it is a problem as probably got at least 2 years supply now.

Tesco staff were today miffed to find 600 angry Dutch football fans awaiting the opening of Bully's store. Apparently, they had been misinformed that Ajax was being sold off cheaply.

We had church visitors due one Sunday. So Dad was dusting and Mum got out the mop bucket filled with Domestos and started cleaning the lino. There was a knock at the door which Mum answered. In Dad's rush to greet our visitors, slid six feet on the wet floor, entered into a triple salko knocking the bucket flying. He got charged with bleach of the priest.

lol MM...Ajax!!! that takes me back a bit, I've watched Strictly, got a lot more VIM and vigour than X Factor.
