Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

  • Went to A Tesco the other and they informed me that as of three weeks ago Tesco were no longer accepting competitor coupons, eg Farmfoods etc. She said they had been sent a notice about it.

I doubt she was correct given that everyone here seems to be managing ok, though she wasn't some evil trout with zero brain cells - she was actually quite pleasant and intelligent so I didn't argue about it.

I'm sure someone from Tesco would have posted here three weeks ago stating such a thing, anyone know whats going on? Presumably she misread some other sort of notice?

Good morning ilikepoints and everyone else.

The big Tesco I use take all conditional spend coupons except Waitrose. The small Tesco which is nearest to me won't take any.

I go to the big Tesco usually and use as many coupons as I can persuade them to take.icon7.gif

  • I have been having a look on you tube at how the Americans save a bundle on their shopping with coupons.

I need help, where do you find these coupons and how do you get hold of the sale leaflets for the suppermarkets.

I will find it hard to resist as going to see daughter this morning and T's is about 200 yards from her house...I haven't really got any room...Quantum,Plenty,Bold 2 in 1 Gel plus all other soap powders and gels bought ( sorry got for free with mocs before Black Friday)still got loads of Fairy when it had the £2 mocs on and the product was only £2 for 2 before that was pulled by T's...and as for Pikapaks...aaarrghh!!When house next door was being emptied was given every cleaning product known to man that my neighbour had bought from Kleenezee peeps plus all the bleach and Cif she had in her garage...lots of it, ... Also got 1 cupboard full of loyd Grossman curry sauces bought from Morrisons the other week...need a bigger house...have got 2 sheds and a double garage but still finding it hard to find room to store all this stuff as we have so much fishing tackle these days...but as I cannot resist a bargain....probably will pop in for another half dozen and then that, will def be that !!! Honest..( I think)

Edit...just been offered Telegraph moc for free , so that saves me £1.80 for paper...swapping it for Domestos...so def going to T's now....
