Updated Printable Money off Coupons & Policies Thread 10 (and chat)

Hi, first post on this forum, and it is BAD news.
I have just returned from Tesco, only had around £2.00 of mocs on a £20 shop. Very nice guy on the till would not accept as I had not bought the items, customer service manager came over and allowed them, but pointed out that in future I must buy the product. I then noticed on every till a printed yellow poster stating this.
On leaving, I bumped into the manager, who had some of these posters in his hand, upon querying, he showed me the email that had been sent through to EVERY store, and as of 3pm today, I will be shopping in Asda:mad:

This is national, and apparantly the retailers had complained to Tesco, as they were not selling as many products as there were coupons redeemed at eah store, therefore Tesco has not been paid out. It's a lose-lose situation for all, thanks to those greedy people who have continually abused the system.

In the end he saves people money on this site... but come on he gets commision, fame and other funds coming in so it earns him a decent living! more than what i saved on coupons... and to fund his fame i became a casualty.. because i regularly used coups and stayed by the rules... thanks to something out of my control (martin thanks... ) i have lost alot.

yep me too. its even been confirmed that tesco panicked when he revealed all through 'radio and tv broadcasting' and ended it. !!!!!!. i honestly thought, if they ever did a national policy change, they'd be a bit more lenient....like allowing 5 or 10 coupons through or something. not a blanket ban on the lot.

RIP TESCO COUPON POLICY. Its been fun, we've had our moments, our trials, out trolls, our trouts... but its been a hoot..... you saved me soo much money....

Also to the friendly chat, I didn't contribute much but it was nice to know there were people here to chat to.

My ASDA Only takes coupons that you have bought the product for..

Ahh we've met and made so many friends on here. Never always agreed but most of us have got along swimmingly. A wonderful thread with wonderful people. Cheers all :beer:

does anyone know another store bar tesco that sells those naturecare nappies? my local t's doesn't. otherwise them !!!!!!s are £6 a pop!!!
if anyones got any of those airwick £1 off any item in the range one, should think you'll be able to get some cheapies there!
