Went to T's 1st time since Friday, only a Metro store though just wanted to see the yellow signs for myself, sure enough there they were. Spotted out of the corner of my eye the uber trout grabbed a pack of walls skinless sausages the baby likes and positioned myself in her Q.
She swiped them and asked for the 97p, I handed her a folded 50p Walls coupon, without opening it she started barking "Well from now on Tesco DO NOT accept coupons unless you buy the product, that'll be 97p!"

Now pre Friday I wouldn't have said boo to a goose trying to stay under the radar, but today was different and she had fallen into my trap.
I barked back, (not shouting but loud enough for a few people to hear) "How very rude! I have bought the product if you had cared to check before you lectured me,"
    Woohoo it felt good!:T
OMG PC:eek: What about the boycott? You've crumbled already :rotfl:

Is that the Walls 50p coupon from the scouts or is another one doing the rounds?

(If the scouts one I thought it wasn't supposed to be in the public domain?)

Follow up - They had quite a few Baxters in at 57p, also condensed Baxters at 35p (never tried it before - bought 1 Chicken) and another make I've never heard of for 29p. They also had Doritos for 15p and big bags of Walkers Sensations for 59p (only 2 flavours though). Big bag of stuff for just over £3 - excellent. :D
Back to MOC's - I've got 6 x 50p off Badgers Beer MOC's from couponnet (last 3 weeks) from some neck collars I found in a drawer. Which supermarkets will take internet coupons now - do Morrison's or Asda:question: TIA

My local Asda, Morrisons & Sainsbury's all take coupons (including internets) if you buy the product.

Just been exploring Aldi & Lidl a bit more today - looking promising :)

I used to post all my finding & bargains on Drivel b4 coupon fiasco. Here are 2 more good deals :-

This is only for those who have an account with Quidco (or maybe you can check your own preference cashback webby). I used to go with Rpoints (but the cashback was not that great) but now I am with quidco.

    1) £1 free for requesting free SIMS

Read T&C : if you abuse the system all your cashback will be gone!!

    2) £70 cashback car insurance via co-op (this is my preference on cashback & value for money basis after comparing Aviva, HSB, RAC & many more).

Fully comprehensive £254.00 (including legal aid & £30 full breakdown cover).
Less : £70.00 (cashback - the only downside with Co-op insurance with quidco is
the tracking takes up to 14 days & the payment up to 90 days ).

    Total paid £184.00.

    note :
We've teamed up with AXA Assistance to offer 24/7, 365 days a year car breakdown cover, and for a limited time only, we’ve cut our price in half from £59 per year to £29.50 for the first year only! This offer is available to new customers who buy Co-operative car insurance online. Offer ends 30th November 2009.
With this cover, if you breakdown at home or when you’re away from home, with one quick call to our UK call centres, assistance is never far away. Plus, because we get to over half of breakdown call-outs within 40 minutes, you can rest assured we won’t keep you waiting for long. And it's comforting to know that whatever happens, help is less than an hour away or we'll give you £10 to say sorry for being late.
Our optional breakdown cover is a full Europe-wide rescue and recovery service for breakdown and accidents, so there’s no need to arrange any additional cover.
