So I have been asked out by this really nice guy. Supposed to be going out on Saturday, he's really keen, if anything it's me that is holding back. I'm just not 100% sure that the physical attraction will be there, although he's not bad looking.

Anyway, have been quite looking forward to it until he just happened to mention last night that he still lives with his wife of 20 years and their 2 kids.

He reckons it's all above board, she's dating someone else too, they just can't afford to actually separate until the house sells...he lives in the spare room, the kids are happy about it...etc.

So it sounds complicated but kind of reasonable.

But whyyyyyy me??? Why can't I just find something simple and easy!! I feel like I'm walking back into the middle of another mess and I'm really uncomortable with it.

I haven't cancelled the date yet but have said I will only meet him as friends, with no expectations, and I can't promise to be able to accept his current circumstances.

You really couldn't make up my love life!! :wall:

You have got to be joking...:rotfl: I have had a leak for about 2 years and all the cabinets are warped...the dishwasher doesn't work.....the fridge is second hand....not worth a bean.

however i have really got to ebay some stuff to help towards the bill. Still trying to figure out what to do with my exhaust...but will do that next week.

Next week will be emptying the kitchen of crap!
