HAMISH.. are you really 40....serious question..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
Anyone who actually believes all this "my house is going up £57 a day" is a good thing is an idiot.
It's a f*cking tragedy.
Incidentally, there are many people who actually picture their bank manager daily putting the cash into their special little jar on a shelf in the bank.
And they are praying for the day when they can go in and get some of it.

I hope everyone is ticking these phrases off their Economy and Recession Bingo sheet. I know I am.
Hamish, I'm saving £57.99 every day with a view to buying the average house and having a 99er each day in my new garden. You big, crazy mentalist you.0 -
Oh Hamish, this is getting tedious. At best the market has stagnated. Could you please explain your obsession for all this drivel you spout?0
