Huston_kw so sorry to hear this. I've completely lost track of everything. I have generally been OK but the meals have gone out the window as I've been I'l and tired and generally a bit low. The coffee has been the biggest change for me though and I have stuck to my goal every day.
Will try to stay focussed if there is a thead for November. xx0 -
I just updated my goals.
I've lost 3 pounds 8 oz so far anted 5 for month, would of worked had less junk days
Going to do November, as I feel better now - Just come back from a few days at my mams with bairns0
