spybot Q plz on how it works

Hi i downloaded spybot today and i run a scan apparently i have 9 entries off adware when i click fix i get mesage saying you are about to remove these entries do you want to continue ? i choose yes then iam geting a mesage saying this action may not be performed completly since you are not the administrator ? i have to do an administrator scan ?
I dont know how i can make myself the administrator ?
