opting out of egg?

due to recent increases in the rate for egg i want to opt out. However i cant find out how can anyone point me in the right direction please? Looked on the website but found nothing.

I did it the other day. I just sent them a secure message stating I wanted to opt out of the recent rate changes. I think there's even a header for it. :money:0

If it doesn't (and I'd be very surprised if it didn't!), then consult your T&Cs...
