Hi
Do you know if A & L will honour mortgage offers confirmed prior to this change at 4.59% (i am still waiting to complete, but had the offer in April). Or should i expect a letter saying that this will now change???
Thanks in advance0 -
Depends if you've paid the booking fee or not.0

If you have submitted your application and its gone to offer you will get the original rate you have been quoted so worry not. These rates are for all new business submitted after today. sorry to have caused you concern!I am a Mortgage Adviser
