ESA + Training

What happening if you don't complete training while on ESA?

I know of someone who was meant to have 3 days of training this week but has only gone for one day. His reasoning is that there were only three 'normal' people in the class and when someone would answer a question someone else would go 'yeah thats right, thats right etc' basically he was learning nothing and none of the three 'normal' people returned for the second day.

'normal' is his word not mine. I mean come on he is on ESA you're going to get people of many disability in training.

I thing this training was through Reed via DWP of course. He says it won't matter if he doesn't complete the training.

It wont matter that he does not complete the training as his only obligation under ESA is to attend and take part in work focused interviews, he did not even have to start the training.
