I have received my card and password for a Citibank savers account but just cannot get through to register the card - and so deposit funds. Is anyone else having this problem?

what number are you dialling? I just tried and got straight through to the automated line.
Edit, sorry just read another thread and didn't realise you have to phone another number to activate the account itself even after registering the card on the automated line.0 -
with great difficulty but found that trying at 8:05 am worked with only 5 minute wait0

Yeah try not to phone at peak times. I phoned today at 13:00 and got through within 10 minutes.0

You've done well to get a card & pin. Applied as soon as the account was launched, haven't heard anything yet.0
